Shipping Info

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer €4 flat rate standard shipping to the Republic of Ireland. 

For pre-order items (e.g. The Liminal), please check the estimated release date. 

For custom items, please allow up to 20 days for design, print and delivery. If you require a faster turnaround, please confirm this in the initial consultation.

For all other items, we endeavour to deliver in 5-7 working days. Please allow extra time during busy periods (e.g. Christmas).

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following regions: European Union, United Kingdom, United States. 

Shipping times vary between 7 and 20 working days, according to region.

If you do not see your country as a shipping option, please contact us on tallavone@gmail.com and we will rectify this.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tallavone@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of damage or use
  • Pre-order items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once item has been received

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Ensure your item is in the same condition in which you received it
  • Email us at tallavone@gmail.com and request a return shipping label
  • Confirm return shipping via e-mail
  • Your refund will be processed once the item arrives; processing can take a number of days depending on bank and location
  • The cost of your original shipping will be taken off the refund amount (e.g. -€4 for RoI Standard).

Damage & Exchange

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tallavone@gmail.com with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
